Polishing Machines

The Polishing machine is available in four models.

There are a 1-2 or 4 torch systems. All the models are designed to polish 8mm -16 mm OD glass and up to the length of 4"- 12."

System # 1 - Model # PM 1T-OS : This is a one-torch system that polishes one side of the glass tube.

System # 2 - Model # PM 2T-TS : This is a two-torch system that polishes one side of the glass, but on both sides of the machine at the same time, therefore, the production is double that of system # 1.

System # 3 - Model # PM 2T-BS: This is a two-torch system which polishes both ends of the glass tube at the same time.

System # 4 - Model # PM 4T-AS : This is a four-torch system which polishes the glass tubes on both sides; and works both sides of the machine at the same time. It provides an incredible production by doubling the #3 system.
