A COHEZIO is owned and operated by Peter and Josefina Csige. Peter was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1946. In 1961, he began 3 years of schooling to learn scientific glassblowing. After completing his training, he started making glass machinery, creating special machines that would best support his vocation. He designed many different machines, including glass lathes, rollers, crack off machines, and polishing machines. He designed and built these machines to provide the capabilities he needed. The big advantage he had in accurately completing these designs was his knowledge of precisely what a glassblower needs and how they needed to work. Over the years, he has improved to a point that he now considers himself a machine builder with the mind of a glass blower!
After 25 years of experience, Peter decided to display and sell his machines using the power of the internet. This website includes all of his current products, and is being updated continuously as the designs continue to be improved.
